American Sex Star Season 2

You can expect a bunch of new content as well as some of your favorite shows returning for a new season, like Outer Banks, Ginny & Georgia and That 90s Show. Without further ado, here's a look at some of the most anticipated movies and shows coming to Netflix in 2023:

The first season of the show really was an introduction to these character in this world, whereas the second season feels like it goes much deeper into every aspect of the show. Setting all of the weirdness of shooting during COVID aside, what did you most enjoy getting to really dig into this season and what are you most excited for fans to get to see?

South Korea's answer to Bachelor in Paradise has finally returned. The second season of Single's Inferno premiered on Netflix on December 13, 2022, after the first round of the dating show introduced fans to several star influencers looking to find love. For anyone who's still catching up, the variety series is filmed on an uninhabited island south of the country, where contestants are dropped off in "Inferno" and left to make connections while cooking all their meals and fetching their own water. If a couple like each other and pair up, they can escape to "Paradise," spending the night in a luxury hotel where they can explore their connection.

Though Single's Inferno offers a slower pace and fewer clandestine hookups than your Too Hot to Handles and Love Islands, the dramas that build among the charming cast are super engrossing. There's also an element of mystery, as the cast is forbidden from telling each other their career or age until they get to Paradise. Basically, if you're a fan of K-drama slow burns and relatable reality stars, this series is a must-watch.

Speaking of relatable stars, the season 2 cast ranges from fitness enthusiasts to university students to a pageant queen. Read on to learn about the faces of Single's Inferno 2. Spoilers ahead for the ending of Single's Inferno 2.

Tailor Se-jun, 27, works as a garment cutter at season 1 cast member Oh Jin-taek (opens in new tab)'s store Ascottage. (He even appeared in Jin-taek's montage, though he had long hair back then.) Se-jun is an avid tennis player who says that his attractive features are his unique cuteness, kindness, and ability to make others feel comfortable. He wants to meet a woman who is kind and has a bubbly personality, because he tends to open up to people like that. Though he's joining the show late, if he meets someone he likes, he plans to go out of his way to win her over regardless of the circumstances.

Pauline Chalamet, Reneé Rapp, Amrit Kaur and Alyah Chanelle Scott star in the HBO Max series, playing college roommates Kimberly, Leighton, Bela and Whitney, respectively. The Sex Lives of College Girls, which premiered its 10-episode season 1 in November 2021, was co-created by Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble.

"I think Bela might be ready to enter into a relationship," Noble explained to EW in September 2022. "Bela is a stand-in for a lot of people in their college experience, which is that she doesn't really know what she wants. And I think depending on the day of the week, she might think that she's ready to be in a relationship with someone, or she might still be in that flavor-of-the-week fun party vibe where she just wants to meet new people all the time and not be pinned down. That's a journey that we could see Bela going through this season, kind of figuring out, where is she at? Is she ready to date for the first time in her life probably?"

With Nico no longer on her mind, Kimberly will officially be back on the market in season 2. "We can expect that Kimberly is going to be exploring her options," Chalamet told E! News in June 2022. To find the best way to handle Leatherwood's departure from the show, Kaling and Noble turned to another iconic HBO series."Mindy and I are excited about the new love interest that we're introducing for characters who maybe were involved with Nico last season," he told E! News at the same time. "We really loved Sex and the City, and how they would keep new love interests coming in and out all the time. So it's kind of fun to get into what that rotation could be. No one's really gone forever."

HBO Max dropped the official trailer for The Sex Life of College Girls season 2 in October 2022, one month before its premiere. In the clip, Kimberly, Whitney, Bela and Leighton have returned to Essex after Thanksgiving break as they continue to deal with the ups and downs of college life.

Joel Fields: We knew from the first season that Holly is a very very strong actress. So we had that going for us. In terms of integrating her, we just started talking a lot from the beginning, we knew that we wanted this to be a season more about family and more about how Philip and Elizabeth saw family and parenting, now that they were more engaged as a fully married couple. That meant exploring more with Paige, and also, by reflection, more with Henry.

Other than that incident, the state of the Jennings marriage was much stronger than last year. They had committed to the idea of being a married couple. Instead, they clashed over parenting styles, and at the end of the season, Philip is horrified by the idea of having to turn Paige, while Elizabeth is at least intrigued by it. Is that going to be one of the main sources of conflict as we head into season 3?

Renée Rapp returns as Leighton, a confident freshman pursuing Greek Life and masking her math whiz tendencies from the public eye whenever possible. Though she confided in Kimberly last season about being gay, Leighton comes out to her friends and enjoys not having to hide her love life from her school friends.

Pauline Chalamet stars as Kimberly, a naive young women who is starting to get clued into the social dimensions of college after being sheltered in her hometown. After losing her scholarship, Kimberly struggles to raise the money for tuition when she realizes balancing classes, her part-time work and extra work is just not possible.

Chris Meyer returns as Canaan, another one of Kimberly's co-workers who starts a romantic relationship with Whitney. While Whitney has a difficult time finding the right path for her, Canann is confident in his direction and future.

When he started doing drag in 2002, he was deciding whether to be Raven or Phoenix. His friends suggested Raven is more unique and androgynous. He also didn't want a female name that people would call him when he is out of drag in the public.
